In great timing with our study of the solar system, the planetarium visited IHM a few weeks ago. The students had a fun time climbing into the structure and hearing stories about the planets and constellations. Above are some of the images we saw projected inside.
Since have been studying the moon, students were able to use a favorite treat of Nilla Wafers to recreate the moon phases. Making those crescent moons wasn't as easy as they thought!
